Dues
As a resident of this community, The Hunt Club at Westfield Association, Inc., you are part of a planned unit development (P.U.D.) and homeowners are obligated to pay yearly Association dues.
As homeowners here, we share a common interest; maintaining our property and the property that belongs to the Association (the common areas). The annual dues you pay are used in the following manor: lawn maintenance and sidewalk snow removal in the common areas, property insurance, fidelity bond insurance, Directors and Officers insurance, administrative and legal expenses. All these expenses are incurred with the desire to make our unique neighborhood attractive, safe and improve our overall property values.
Having said this, you will be receiving your association invoice in November, which is payable on or before January 31. Late charges of $20 begin on the 15th day of the following month and every month thereafter. Please help make our job easier and minimize expenses by paying the dues on time.
If you are a new resident, please email the board with your name and new Hunt Club address, so that we can update the Association’s records.
